a) Diagnostic procedure

1. Fundus Photography – Allows doctors to procure color photographs of the back of the eye.

2. Fluorescein Angiography (FFA) – This is a diagnostic procedure that photographs blood circulation of the retina. The process involves injection of a dye called Fluorescein into a vein in the arm or hand.

3. Visual Field Analysis – This procedure allows measurement of the full extent of the area visible to an eye that is fixating straight ahead.
